Rebecca Felman is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Architecture and has been practicing interior design for 20 years. Rebecca is a licensed interior designer with her NCIDQ certification. Rebecca initially began her interior design career with a focus in Hospitality where she worked with Major Hotels chains such as Hilton, Marriott, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn.  In 2004 Rebecca established R. Shana Designs, Inc. With such a vast knowledge of the hospitality industry, the transition to multi-family was seamless as multi-family was becoming so quickly immersed in elements from hospitality.

R. Shana focuses on mid to large scale multi-family market rate communities providing a service that no other interior design firm can match. Architecture, as the backbone to Rebecca’s Interior Design knowledge is key for coordination with other disciplines to create a complete set of construction documents for ease of building in the field. R. Shana works with the Owner/Developer/Architect on every aspect of the project from schematic design through procurement and installation. R. Shana understands the need for a full-service interior design package and knows how to follow the project to fruition.
